Animal welfare was high on the agenda when children at Pilgrim Academy received a visit from staff at Pets At Home. Debbie Lidgett and Beverley Barley, from the Grimsby store, took along a few small animals to introduce to the children, who were delighted to meet them.

Debbie said: "It's an educational visit to show the children how to care and feed for the animals and to talk about their welfare. We also explain how to choose the right pet."
